- A cup and three quarters of flour.

How to prepare:
- Take a bowl and put sugar and butter in it and mix well with an electric mixer or with a hand whisk.

- Put the dough in a plastic bag and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Turn on the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Divide the dough into balls and then dip the balls in the sugar on all sides.
- Put the biscuit pieces in the oven tray, leaving a space between each piece and the other, because it will expand.
- Enter the oven tray for eighteen minutes.
- Serve the biscuits cold with tea or milk.

- A quarter of a cup of liquid milk.
- Fifty grams of chocolate.
- Three cups of flour.
- a cup of sugar.

- Put the dough in a plastic bag, and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Take the dough out of the fridge, and roll it out onto a clean surface with a rolling pin.
- Cut the dough as you like.
- Preheat the oven to a high temperature, then put the biscuits for ten minutes.
- Leave the biscuits cool and then put them in a serving dish.
