  • 500 grams of finely minced meat.
  • Two finely chopped onions.
  • Two tablespoons of fine parsley.

How to prepare:

  1. Wash the bulgur and soak it in water for a quarter of an hour, then drain it well.

  6. Leave the onion until it wilts, then add the rest of the meat, half a tablespoon of ginger, half a tablespoon of black pepper, and a pinch of chopped parsley.
  7. Stir the filling ingredients together, then make a hole in the middle of the kibbeh balls, then close it gently.
  8. Put a saucepan on the fire and put an amount of oil in it, then put the kibbeh balls in it and reduce the heat from it until it becomes golden in color.
  9. Remove the kibbeh from the oil, filter it, and place it on a serving plate.

How to prepare bulgur kibbeh with semolina

the components:

  • Two cups of bulgur.
  • Half a cup of fine semolina.
  • Two finely chopped onions.
  • A cup of chopped walnuts.
  • Two cups of water.
  • Two tablespoons of tahini.
  • Two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley.
  • black pepper.
  • cinnamon.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • salt.

How to prepare:

  1. Wash the bulgur well, then soak it in warm water for a quarter of an hour until it absorbs the water well, then add semolina, onions, salt and black pepper to it.
  2. Mix the previous ingredients together until you have a cohesive dough.
  3. Prepare the filling by mixing the two finely chopped onions with chopped walnuts, tahini, black pepper, cinnamon and parsley.
  4. Mix the ingredients until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  5. Cut the dough into small pieces and shape them into balls.
  6. Make a hole in each ball and fill the hole with the filling, then seal it well.
  7. Put a frying pan on the fire and heat the oil in it, then put the kibbeh balls in it, and leave it until it turns red.
  8. Remove the kibbeh from the oil, filter it, and serve.
