Fava beans with sausage

المكونات:

  • Two cups of fava beans.
  • A small onion, chopped.
  • A glass of tomato juice.
  • Half a cup of chopped tomatoes.
  • Half a cup of sausage.
  • Two tablespoons of parsley.
  • Crushed garlic clove.
  • A tablespoon of ghee.
  • Salt and black pepper.

How to prepare:

  • Put a frying pan on the fire with the fat.
  • Add garlic and onions to the pan and stir until they turn yellow.
  • Add the sausage and my heart until it takes the red color.
  • Then add the tomato juice, then continue cooking until the mixture becomes thick.
  • Add the fava beans, then remove the mixture from the heat.
  • Add tomato slices and parsley, then add salt and black pepper.

Fava beans with tomato

المكونات:

  • A can of fava beans.
  • Grated onion.
  • 3 tomatoes cut into small cubes.
  • Five cloves of garlic.
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.
  • A teaspoon of chopped parsley.
  • One teaspoon of coriander powder.

How to prepare:

Put a frying pan on the fire and put the olive oil and onions and my heart until it wilts.
Add garlic, stir, then add ground coriander and tomatoes.
Add the fava beans, then salt and pepper.

How to prepare fava beans with vegetables

  • A tablespoon of curry paste.

How to prepare:

How to prepare fava beans with lentils

  • Half a kilogram of soaked beans.
  • Half a cup of yellow lentils.
  • an onion.
  • carrot.
  • A tablespoon of turmeric.
  • Lemon juice.

  • Black pepper and salt to taste.

How to prepare:

  • Take a bowl and put water, lemon juice, lentils, tomatoes, turmeric and carrots in it.
  • Put the pot on the fire and wait for it to boil, then reduce the heat.
